Forty-seven years ago, I opened Gioielli Jewelers with a passion for creating and selling beautiful jewelry.
What brought me the greatest joy was never simply making a sale. It was helping someone find a piece they truly loved: beautiful, meaningful, and within their budget. To me, it has always been about making my customers happy.
Over the years, I owned a precision manufacturing company and worked in many areas of the jewelry industry. Through it all, my passion for jewelry, and for helping people, never faded.

What is the return policy?
You can return eligible items within 10 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging, with the diamond certificate and paperwork included. Custom, engraved or resized pieces, opened sealed loose diamonds, and items marked Final Sale can’t be returned. To start a return, contact us at peter@gioiellijewelers.com or (401) 603-8577. Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Custom-designed, engraved or resized pieces, loose diamonds whose sealed packaging has been opened, and any item marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
When will I get my order?
Most pieces are made to order just for you, so each product page shows an estimated delivery time. As a guide:
- Pieces in stock: 1 to 2 weeks
- Made-to-order jewelry: about 3 to 4 weeks
- Engagement rings and custom designs: about 5 to 7 weeks
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Ordering a holiday gift? Please order by November 10 to receive it by Christmas.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our pieces are made to order by trusted manufacturing partners we’ve chosen for their quality and craftsmanship. Every piece comes through our hands in Rhode Island before it’s shipped to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Every order ships free and fully insured within the United States, with tracking and signature on delivery.
