1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of gioiellijewelers.com and any purchase you make from Gioielli Jewelers (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Our diamonds
We sell both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds. Every lab-grown diamond is clearly identified as lab-grown on its product page, in your order confirmation and on its grading certificate. Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds, but a different origin.
3. Product descriptions and images
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Because each diamond is unique, color, sparkle and size can look slightly different from the photos, which can also vary with your screen. Carat weights and measurements are approximate unless a certificate states them. A certified diamond’s grading certificate is the official record of its characteristics.
4. Made-to-order items
Most pieces are made to order. Delivery times on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We aren’t responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll always keep you informed.
5. Orders and cancellations
- An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors or availability, and we’ll fully refund any payment taken.
- Because pieces are made for you, you may cancel only within 24 hours of ordering / before production begins. After that, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
6. Prices and errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices can change without notice. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.
8. Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
9. Warranty
We repair manufacturing defects reported within 1-2 weeks of delivery at no charge. This doesn’t cover normal wear, loss of stones caused by impact or damage, resizing or work by another jeweler, or loss or theft. Please have your jewelry checked periodically.
10. Site content
All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Gioielli Jewelers or our suppliers, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
